3 Ingredient recipes, For my pregnant friend!

My best friend is pregnant, and she has come to stay with me for some time. I love cooking, always wanted to be a chef but circumstances did not allow it. I heard about the 3 ingredient recipes. I want to know how they are prepared and which are the healthiest and best 3 ingredient recipes for my friend. A pregnant woman is supposed to eat in between meals also, right? So suggest some good places where I can find the recipes and also tell me what she shouldn’t be eating.
