Can anyone tell me about 33 weeks pregnancy fetal development?

I am pregnant and now I have entered in my 33th week of pregnancy. I am very close to see my baby now. In this week I can easily fell my baby kicks and his movements. I am excited to know that how big my baby is? Is he/she developed fully and many questions are running in my mind. So can anyone tell me about 33 weeks pregnancy fetal development?

In the 33 weeks pregnancy the baby inside you is 4.4 pounds and is around 17.6 inches in length. The diameter of its head is around 8.5 cm and the bay fuzz must be disappearing. Now your baby has started drinking around a pint of amniotic fluid in a day. You will notice that now you will gain a pound in a week for rest of your pregnancy and the half of the weight that you have gained will go to your baby.

Now, the baby has started breathing by inhaling amniotic fluid. The pint which he is inhaling is being urinated as well. The nails of the baby are now long enough to reach to tip of the fingers or beyond that and may need trimming as soon as he is born. He may scratch his face even before birth.
