Anti baby tears product, For an infant!

Which are the best products for anti baby tears when giving your baby a bath? I already know about Johnson and Johnson’s baby products, but apart from that what could I use. Are there separate products used for the face, or can the same body shampoo be used. Till what age of kids are no tears products to be used? From which age onwards is a baby given a bath. Is it ok to just towel wipe the infant for the first couple of months or can it be given a bath. What should be the temperature of the water when giving a baby a bath?

Apart from this shampoo Aloe Derma No Tear Baby Shampoo is also a anti baby tear product. Avalon Organics Gentle Baby Tear-Free Shampoo also based on the special formula for a baby. When baby is only I or 2 months old you can do just a towel wipe instead of giving a bath because the skin of a new born baby is very delicate and sensitive especially when he/she is only I or 2 months old .  you can also give a sponge bath to your baby. 49 degree Celsius temperature is sufficient temperature for water when giving your baby a bath.
