My baby is 10 months old, when will my baby talk?

My baby is 10 months old and till now he has not started talking. I am dying to listen the magical word mom from him mouth and I am waiting for it eagerly. I don’t have any elder with me to tell me when my baby will start talking. I have read an article in which it was written that babies start talking between 7 to 12 months. But as my baby has not started talking I am little tensed. Can anyone out there tell me when will my baby talk. I want to know from the mothers of the babies that when did their babies start talking?

Well, this is not a major cause of concern as your baby is just about ten months. This is okay for a mother to take things seriously when she actually gets desperate to lister her child speak something. This is very much common for every mother, specially for those who have been mother for the first time. anyways, this generally is the most common time when the child start speaking. And its very obvious that the first word every time happens to be the word ‘mom’ but that’s fine, sometimes it may get a little late. The child may speak a little late. A friend of mine had her baby boy’s voice heard when he was almost three years of age, but since then once he started speaki, he loved it and now he speaks way too good just like every other genius child. He is now 5 years of age and speaks to the fullest. So, I suggest you to wait more and the time will come, and he will speak. Thank you.
