Does the baby calculator let you know the exact date of when your baby will be born?

Yesterday night I read an article on how to tell how far along in pregnancy you are. The article discussed about the use of the baby calculator due date which can help you know when will your baby be born. I have never used this kind of device, so before I do, I want to ask if anyone has ever come across it so I can use it without any doubt. The article informed me about the calculator being quiet accurate, is it? Will it give me the exact results?
