How to have a baby, We are desperate!

Hi, I have been married for 4 years, both me and my wife have great chemistry in bed , but despite of many efforts we are unable to have a baby. We have consulted few doctors and they say that we are not ailing with anything that can stop us from having a baby. Can you please help me in knowing the reason why a couple faces such problems in making babies? Tell me way of how to have a baby. We really are starting to loose hope now.

It is very stressful to find that you are unable to give birth to a baby for both mother and father. But never think negative. You and your wife should go for proper check up. If there is any problem in you or in your wife you can go for in vitro fertilization. It takes various rounds. But I hope you both don’t need such treatment. Though I am not a doctor but I am giving some tips you can follow them to conceive a baby. Tell your wife to avoid drugs, alcohol and smoking even tea and coffee because caffeine can harm your wife’s ovulation period. Tell her to take healthy food.  If you want to know how to have a baby firstly takes some knowledge about ovulation cycle.  I want to tell you that the ovulation cycle is a period which is best suitable for getting pregnant. Ovulation is a process that occurs around the fourteenth day of the menstrual cycle, but ovulation prediction is not an easy task so take help from ovulation kit easily available in the chemist shop. Suggest your wife that depression can badly affect the ability of fertilization so always keep relaxing your mind, stop taking birth control pills, take the capsules of folic acid and vitamins that is useful in having baby.

Hey!!! Don’t lose your heart. It’s very easy to conceive a bay. Read the following list thoroughly and make steps to complete each instruction and I’m sure it’ll help you . If after 6 months you still haven't conceived, take a trip to your doctor for a little help. This list of instructions is aimed at both parties in the couple:   1. Women who are obese or very overweight can have problems conceiving - Try slimming down a little while trying to conceive. Eat healthily, and exercise a little extra each day.   2. Give up smoking - it can triple your chances of not being able to conceive. This could be the barrier between you conceiving and actually being pregnant. Giving up before you conceive will also be substantially healthier for your unborn baby.   3. Reduce your caffeine intake - It is known to reduce fertility. Drink water or fruit juice instead.   4. Watch your alcohol intake. It is agreed that those 3 months before conception should be alcohol free.
