Baby food diet.Is it good?

Does baby food help you to lose weight ?I saw one article on a site that suggest to eat 14 cans baby food .Should I eat those 14 cans in whole day? how many cans would I eat for breakfast for lunch and for dinner? I have heard about some celebrities are on a baby food diet, and I want to know that it is safe or not? I like baby food, so I am glad to know that my favorite food could help me losing weight. How much of it would I eat everyday? Please only serious answers. Thanks

Planning your diet is essential when you are looking forward to get rid of body flab. You can gorge on to anything if you can calculate the intake of calories. Switching to a baby food diet is not essential to lose weight. Although, if its your favorite food, you can switch over to it. The essence lies in calculating the required calories and planning according to that number. For a woman the optimum amount of calories intake is 1250-1500 calories per day. If you can manage your diet according to that, you can eat anything you want. Eating right is important but eating in right quantity is important too. Thereby, if your 14 cans of baby food and one proper meal for dinner total up to 1250-1500 calories, Well, you can go ahead with it.
