Can anyone share some baby room decor ideas?

I am really excited as my sister is going to give birth to a baby anytime. She is in hospital and will have her labor pain any time. Meanwhile, I have decided that I will make a baby room so that the first time the baby enters this place, it finds everything new and specially for him or her. So, I was wondering if anyone can give me some ideas on baby room décor? What do you think will be the best idea? Please share that with me?
