You don’t actually need to be perplexed if you see rashes on your baby skin. I can understand what a child means for their parents. The new born babies are very tender and fragile and even a rough cloth can bring them trouble. So try to avoid any such thing on the baby.  You have yourself mentioned the reason behind the rashes that your baby has. While you clean the poop or urine, try using a mild and soft cloth or best you can use soft tissue papers especially available for the kids.  You know, the skin gets dried because of all this and if you again want the skin to retain the softness, then you can look for some baby moisturizers. I am sure they will work very well. The other reason for the rash can be diaper rash, these rashes disappears after some days.  So, you better don’t worry and take proper care of your baby.
