Baby Walking, Help!

The baby has finally started walking. Which is the best baby walker I should get for my niece since she has started walking a bit day by day? My brother thinks the baby’s legs are still week, we want to get her shoes and also we want remedies or healthy massage oils which could help the baby walk. Baby walking is the most exciting time for the parents. Everyone in the family is out with their cameras. Now that baby has taken her first steps, what precautions must be taken, around the house? We have a dog to a really jumpy one. I need to know where I could get the walkers from in Seattle.
