There is a pastry shop near our house that sells delicious as well as artistic and innovative pastries and cakes. They experiment with all kind of flavors that are really unconventional and unique in taste, but their best till now is the cinnamon roll. It is so delicious and the cinnamon roll just melts in to your mouth. I was thinking that, I should try baking a cinnamon roll at home to test by expertise for baking. For that I need to know that what are the ingredients required to prepare a cinnamon roll? How long does it take to make a cinnamon roll properly?

This would avoid buyingrolls from shop but preparing it in your kitchen so that you can enjoy themwhenever you want. As this would be your first time to prepare these rolls onyour own, I give you a very simple but amazing recipe for this process.

Ingredients to follow

One cup of milk

¼ of cup with warm water

One tsp of vanilla

½ cup of butter

Two eggs beaten properly

½ tsp salt

½ cup of sugar

Five cups of bread flour

One tbsp wheat gluten

3tsp dry yeast

Cinnamon filling

These rolls take around 20 mins to be cooked properly. Servethem and enjoy. I hope this will surely reduce your visits to that bakery shopand could enjoy rolls at your home.
