When I was in pregnancy than in my second trimester I join yoga classes as suggested by my doctor. According to my pregnancy experience your morning sickness has probably passed and your belly is growing may be. So this is the time to get into a rhythm of regularly attending prenatal yoga classes. In addition to making you more physically comfortable in the months ahead, prenatal yoga classes are often your only forum for meeting other pregnant women. And believe me these yoga classes will really help you when I have started yoga classes than that time I was suffering from back pain but with the help of yoga I easily get rid from this problem. So I think it is really a good idea to start little bit yoga in pregnancy to have a safe and memorable pregnancy.
