Can we get breast milk for sale?

I feel a bit weird asking this question, but I need to it is important to my husband and myself that I do. Actually, the thing is that my husband and I cannot have children of our own. So we would be having a surrogate mom, and what I want to know is that when the baby is born she would give the child to me right? Has ever there been any mention about breast milk for sale. Would she take care of the child after that also, what happens to breast feeding, how you go about it. Please I want the details or somewhere where I could read about all this stuff. I need to ease my troubled mind. Also if you know where these sales take place and what the procedure is, all this around Houston, Texas please.
