Where can I buy baby food in Canada?

I am living in Canada and I am a mother to a 4 month old baby. As suggested by the doctor, I feed baby food to my baby and don't breastfeed her. I want to know that what is the best place to buy baby food? And how many spoons should I administer to my 4 month old baby?

It is always advised to start feeding with a teaspoon the first day and then slowly gain on the amount by a couple of passing days. Do mind the fact that the baby can spit it all out in the first attempt until the baby gets used to it so don't force it into his/her mouth. Baby food is available at all leading Medical stores and general stores. Few of suggested stores are:: 1.) Sunterra MarketSuite 2Flr-10150 Jasper Ave NW, Edmonton, 2.) Strong's Market Ltd. 4560 Dunbar St, Vancouver, BC 3.)NuttersBulk and Natural Foods 1107 Baker Street, Cranbrook, BC, Take care!
