How old do you have to be to buy condoms ?

It may seems to be little weird but I am not sure what is the exact age when you should use condoms. I am of 10 years and want to have sex with my new girlfriend. I am afraid and want to have a conformation about same. Please clear the confusion and any tips so it doesn’t fail and get her pregnant?
