Can someone suggest me some car seat installation for pregnant women?

I am a 31 years older pregnant woman. These days I suffer lots of problems while going to market into car. As my husband goes t o his office every morning, I use to be left alone on the home. If I have to go soemwhere to do grocery shopping or to gym, I have to drive on my own. The main problem lies with the seat of car that does not fit to me. I wish to know about certain kind of car seat installation ways, so that I could make myself feel comfortable while driving.

There is much focus on car seat safety butprotecting a child starts earlier than that. It starts during thepregnancy. What is the best way to protect an unborn child in a vehicle? Shoulda pregnant woman wear a seat belt? What about driving, is that safe? And how about third party products, are they necessary?

Seat belt should be worn with lap belt under, never across, belly and shoulder belt between breasts. Make sure your seat belt is snug, notslack.

Research has shown that wearing a seat beltcorrectly almost eliminate the increased risk from an airbag in acrash. Your breastbone should be at least 10 inches away fromsteering wheel to minimize injury.

As your tummy grows, move your seat furtherback while driving. Most cars today have adjustable steering wheel, bothheight and length, which make reaching easier.

Some cars today alsohave adjustable pedals which may help shorter women sit at a correctdistance while still driving safely. If you can, be a passenger. That way youcan push the seat as far back as possible from the airbag. Riding in the backseat is also recommended.
