What is a Chinese baby prediction calendar?

Is there anything like a Chinese baby prediction calendar? I just want to know as I heard my sister taking about it to a friend. If there is then what does it do. How does it work? What does it tell you? Does it predict when you are going to have a baby or what? Could you tell me if there is any such thing and where can I find it. Is it even worth looking for?
