Is the Chinese gender prediction table genuine?

Some friends of mine were telling me that they could find out the gender of my kid. My wife and I had made up our minds about not wanting know what gender of our child is going to be. Frankly speaking I do not believe this stuff and I agree with you for not wanting to know what the gender of your kid is. The whole beauty of having a kid is to not know who it is going to be or what gender. I would definitely want to keep it a surprise. I have never known of anyone who has got a Chinese gender prediction, but surely you should not trust it. Why hope for something just in case there could be one in a million chances of that coming wrong. Your surprise should be enough to make you happy, though the Chinese have been known to be predicting plenty of things and believing such things.
