From where can I get Christmas dinner recipes?

Well I know that there is still time for Christmas to arrive. I have no work on my hands at present, so I thought I would try out some recipes for a lavish Christmas dinner. Where do you think I would find the best Christmas dinner recipes? It would be great if you could name books which have remained best sellers for cooks around. I would be having a dinner at my place during Christmas and it would be the first time. I want it to go by smoothly.

I love Christmas festival, I hope you love my suggestions for Christmas dinner recipes. I love to prepare medallions of beef tenderloi recipe, apricot glazed recipe, hamrown surgar recipe, spiced red wine recipe, hot apple cranberry cider and my best stuffed pork loin roast.

The method for preparing this delicious recipe is:

Ingredients required:

Five lb Pork Loin Roast.

Four breakfast Sausages.

Single cup bread Crumbs.

Single medium onion chopped.

Two tsp parsley.

Two cloves Garlic Chopped Fine.

Rosemary, thyme, sage, salt and pepper.

Directions: First of all you have to mix all ingredients except the roast, now cut a spiral into the pork loin allowing you to spread it out flat on a board, then pound lightly to flatten enough to roll and spread stuffing across entire piece of meat and roll carefully, tying with meat string to secure, at last oil well and place in plan for one and half hours at 350 degrees.

Personal Tips: Gravy can be made in the pan when meat is cooked. Go with Omnivore's Dilemma, The Pioneer Woman Cooks, and Kitchen Confidential book for more healthy Christmas recipes.
