Which is the best Christmas gifts for moms that I can buy in $15?

I am planning to gift a pendant to my mom on this coming Christmas. I have searched many places but the pendants price was out of my savings. I really don’t know what else is there for which I can go for in just $ 15. It will be very helpful if anyone out there give me some ideas for Christmas gifts fir moms in this budget. Also tell which will be the best time to show my mom that I have bought a gift for her.
