Job Details:
- Implement the Social Media strategy
- Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media programs
- Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Regular feedback from Social Media monitoring to the Marketing Team to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion Monitor trends in Social Media tools
- Indepth knowledge of Social Media monitoring tools i.e. socialmention, hootsuite, radian6 etc
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of workings of social networking sites
- Be an active participant in all the sites
- Willing to attend the conferences and related events
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format; and build and maintain relationships
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Digital marketing, Public relations, advertising & marketing experience- a plus

- Flexible while working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to multi-task and work on several projects at once
