How to deal with panic attacks during pregnancy ?

Although I am very happy that I am pregnant and want to have a baby but I am getting a clue about these panic attacks during pregnancy. I am afraid as my family doctor was saying that these panic attacks can become physical and at any cost, I don’t want to harm my baby. I want to know whether this is because of changing hormones, stress on the body or unknown reasons? Provide a solution?
