What is the best diet to lose weight fast after 50?

I understand that there is no age to learn anything, but I certainly believe that after a certain age one cannot start doing something as a heavy weight exercise or crash dieting. I am 50 years of age, who loves doing gardening and cooking for my children, but I am planning to introduce some change in my daily meal. I want to know from a fitness expert, about the best diet to lose weight fast, considering my age, and what ideally should be the tenure of such diet? Thanks.

I think depending on your activity level and your diet, you may not be getting enough calories. Weight loss depends on metabolic resistance. If your body has a low metabolic resistance you will lose more weight in 14 days than if your body has a high metabolic resistance. Eat a balanced diet, exercise vigorously 45 minutes each day. Sleep atleast for 7-8 hours a day and drink as much as water you can. Eating carbs while trying to lose body fat is terribly inefficient. Protein triggers the fat burning hormone glucagon.eat Fruit in your breakfast. Make a proper time table of what you have to eat and what you dont have to eat, it will really help you.I am sure these tips will help you to loose your weight.
