How To Dry Up Breast Milk?

My cousin was not planning on breastfeeding the child ever. She wants know what are the easiest ways to dry up breast milk? First of all is it not better to always breast feed the child. Would the not child get all the nourishment from breast feeding. Everyone has tried to convince her to breast feed the baby, I guess if one more opinion comes our way she just might. Still could you tell us how to dry up breast milk? We some simple ways, and how much time does it take to dry up?

But this is true that breast milk is the best milk for a baby. It can give all the nourishment that a baby need. It contains all the essential elements like protein, vitamins, etc. still if you want to know that how to dry up breast milk I want to tell you some factor that effects the production of milk. Her milk will dry up within a week if she do not breast feed her baby. There is a hormone named prolactin which is responsible for the secretion of breast milk. If she does not nurse her baby her body will produce PIF or prolactin inhibiting factor that in turn sends some signals to her mind that milk is not needed. This can automatically dry up the breast milk.
