How early can you tell the gender of a baby?

Hey my daughter is pregnant and I want to gift something very special for her baby. But as now I don’t know that she is going to give birth to baby girl or boy, so I am confused what to gift her. I want her to go for ultrasound to confirm the baby gender and I will heartily welcome if it is girl or boy. So can you tell me that how early can you tell the gender of a baby?

Some of the couples have found out as early as 14 weeks but the chance of them being wrong is higher than if they wait until you’re further along. They usually start say around 16 weeks is when they can be accurate. It means there is a chance that you may just find out. I’m crossing my fingers that you will be able to find out the result. I am in the waiting game; I am only 13 weeks and have to wait until 19 weeks for my next ultrasound. Also, one can tell a few weeks before then on some but usually they space out the scans in specific ways & from what I have seen two weeks is when they opt for the big ultra sound in terms of getting big enough to notice. Some at 4 months while some at 8 months. In fact, it varies from female to female. So all the best to you. Just be patient enough to wait for the right time.
