How early can you test for pregnancy?

After enjoying our married life fully, now I and my husband have decided to go for a baby. But I don't know how I will be able to know that I have conceived. Besides going for pregnancy test everyday is not a good idea. So, please tell me that how early can you test for pregnancy?
