How easy is it to get pregnant?

Hey after waiting for 5 years of our married life, now I and my partner have decided for babies. So, as this is first time I am gonna try to conceive baby so tell me that how easy is it to get pregnant? What should I do to conceive baby easily? Is there any specific position to get pregnant? Give me essential info about getting pregnant.
