Emotional development, The time is coming!

Please tell me which book I can refer to understand emotional development in teenagers. I know that there are a number of teenagers who are emotionally disturbed for various reasons. What are these reasons and how can parents overcome it. I just want a brief of the common issues between parents and daughters specially. Does a boy feel as emotional as daughter in the family. I feel it is easier to handle boys than it is to handle girls. We have never put any pressure on the kids. They are soon going to understand everything. They are 9 and 11 years old. Please tell me if I should leave my job. My husband and I are both doctors.

If a child is facing some emotional problems he can do some behaviors like over eating and over sleeping. They try to avoid the family members and the persons around them. That does not mean that they do not like you. Always keep them in front of your eyes is not possible but watch them where they go, know about their friends. Never force them to do all the things that you want. Give them space and freedom. More restriction can make them more stubborn.
