Adding weight to kids' toys can improve their health

If you think that doing weights is good only for the adults, then you need to know more...according to a new research conducted by Indiana State University in Terra Haute, that adding little weights to children's toys can help kids with improving their health.

They found that ten children ages 6 to 8 "burned more calories and had higher heart and breathing rates when they moved 3-pound toy blocks instead of unweighted blocks."

So, here comes a solution for the parents of obese American kids, start replacing their old toys and playthings with new blocks to help them shed those kilos and be a bit more fit and fine.
