Here's a good news for all those mommies who had been deliberately sleeping away from their new babies out of the fear of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), what we commonly know as cot death.

The verdict is out! Latest British study claims that sharing a bed with a baby becomes dangerous only if other factors are also prominent which include parents drinking alcohol, parents smoking or taking drugs, or excessively tired parents, use of heavy bedding, adult pillows and soft mattresses.
In short, it is not the co-sleeping that creates a problem, but sleeping in the presence of risk factors that’s hazardous. So, if you rule out all those risk factors from your place of sleeping…there’s no stopping for you to sleep safely with your bundle of joy.
