Fathers will get Six-Months Paternity Leave

The 'fatherhood revolution' that took over the country has finally come out with results.

As per Work and Family Bills, the fathers will also be entitled to take up six-months' paternity leave. This leave can be taken during the first year of baby , after the mother has moved out to her workplace after her maternity leave.

This will definitely give a sigh of relief to the mothers who go slog hard to maintain a balance between baby care and work. Apart from this the babies will be looked after in a better way with their fathers present, as they have a crucial role to play in a baby's upbringing.

Keeping aside all good things, the big problem is going to be faced by the employers who have to adjust there workforce in accordance with these kinds of leaves.
