Link Child Locator: A chick ensemble to keep track of your little one

Leena Komarraju . Sep 13 2008

Next time you are in a busy marketplace, an exhibition ground or a crowded airport, you need not worry about the whereabouts of your child. The Link Child Locator is a smart set of electronic gadgetry that can be easily passed off as some stylish jewelry for both you and your child. The child wears a transmitter module that comes under the guise of a bracelet and the parent wears a locator that doubles up as a faddish watch with an electronic display that actually lets you know how far your child is from you and in what direction she is. The display has an arrow. The length of the arrow indicates the distance and its orientation the direction of the child. The transmitter works at a range of 100’. You can set the distance of your child at which you want to be alerted.

The Link Child Locator will save you the embarrassment of calling out loudly to your child in public and thwarting her wish to do some self-exploration while you are engaged.
