Almost every parent must have gone through the kid's examination blues. One day before the examination and you are sitting with your kid till mid night helping him mug up his lessons...This is not going to work.

According to a study made by American School Counselor Organization, children can do well in examination only if they have had proper food and sleep the previous night.
Children are already under the pressure of exam, and sleepless nights and starving days in the name of preparation are going to do nothing but worsen the situation. This kind of mental tension will make him poor retrieving what he had learnt, and further add on into tension.
So do not let your child skip meals and wake up till midnight and...trust me all will go well.
