Tell me some facts for new born baby care?

Soon I will be going to have baby and as this is my first time I want to know how to take baby care properly. Unfortunately I don’t have any elder to help me on this so it will be really nice if anyone can help me out with their experience. I want to know about the things that I should keep out of the room where I will live with my baby. What are the things that are allergic for new born baby? What kind of clothes should I purchase for my baby?

1.Newborns need to eat often, about every 2-3 hours.

Breastfeeding is considered the healthiest way to feed a newborn baby. In this case, most of the defender to feed your baby on demand, whenever he / she cries.

Formula can also be given to a newborn if the milk is not an option. Use a clean, sterilized and cooled boiled water. Follow the instructions on the package, and be sure to use exact measurements. Usually the first two weeks of a newborn should have 6 bottles per day, with each bottle including at least 3 ounces of formula. Between 3 and 4 weeks, the baby will need at least five bottles per day, with each bottle including at least 4 ounces of formula. About 1 month old, the baby will need 5 bottles a day, with each bottle including at least 5 ounces of formula.

2.Newborns poop - a lot. Expect a dirty diaper after every meal in the early weeks. It is important to keep the baby clean to prevent diaper rash.

Formula-fed babies poop a greenish color, while babies who are breastfed tend to poop loose yellow. This is normal.

In the early days, the stools are mostly zirconium, a thick sticky poo is hard to clean. Here's a tip - put a little Vaseline on the baby's bottom after a change, and that the baby will make it easier to clean next time.

3.Be sure to clean the umbilical cord with each change. You can use a little surgical spirit a cotton ball and rub this on cable. Never pull or push, and contact the doctor if it becomes red or bleeding. Will fall anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks.

4.In the first two weeks, newborn babies usually need to use a layer more than an adult would use at the same temperature. This is due to the temperature control is not as good.

After that, you should dress the baby the same as you would an adult dressed in temperature. Increased risk of overheating of the small island, so do not overdo it.

5.Newborns sleep a lot. Unfortunately, this dream is not sequential. Rarely does a newborn sleep longer than 3-4 hours at a time. It is important to allow the baby to sleep.

To reduce the risk of SIDS, babies should be placed to sleep face up. Use a new firm mattress that fits snugly in the crib without blankets or pillows. Nothing should be in the crib except the baby. If it's winter, you can buy a sleeping bag for the baby that will keep him / her warm.
