Can anyone help me to find a new baby sling?

I am expecting my another baby at the end of August, I already have a 2 and 1/2 year old son also. So I am looking for a sling that willbe easy to get the baby out from it.I already have one sling but it is very difficult to keep baby in it because it is too small.my shoulder pain is also started when my elder baby got heavier. I need a new baby sling .can anyone help me?
