Different forms of Granulomas!

Is cat-scratch disease the same as granulomas? Is it curable, I have cats on the house, but they are completely hygienic and clean? Can it happen from house cats? What happens when someone gets the cat scratch disease? What are the symptoms, and what can be done to cure it as early as possible? What is granuloma and what are the forms of this disease. What should I do to prevent any form of Granulomas occurring on me? I know tuberculosis is also one of the diseases, is that true?

During the exam, the doctor will look for signs of a cat scratch or bite and swollen lymph nodes. In some cases, doctors use laboratory tests to help make the diagnosis, including: blood tests and cultures to rule out other causes of swollen lymph nodes, a blood test that is positive for cat scratch disease, a microscopic examination of a removed lymph node that shows signs of cat scratch disease. Most cases of cat scratch disease resolve without any treatment. Rarely, a swollen lymph node becomes so large and painful that the doctor may recommend removing fluid from the node with a needle and syringe. Antibiotics sometimes are used to treat the disease. If your doctor has prescribed antibiotics, give them to your child on schedule and for as many days as prescribed. Yes it can happen from house cat so always take care of your child while playing with house cat. In people who have a normal immune system, cat scratch disease is usually not a serious illness. A small papule develops at the site of injury within 10 days. The signs and symptoms that follow may include: fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, fatigue and inflammation and soreness of the lymph nodes. As the disease progresses, more nodules may develop under the skin at the point of injury.
