Giggles baby, what is it?

What is giggles baby all about, apart from being a computer software? My child is 10 months old, would he be fascinated by giggles baby software. What does it do, does it have voices of children giggling. I mean that is all I can think about. Could you tell me where I could download it from, in case it is worth downloading? I had never heard about it until this day. Can we get online or do we have to get a CD?
