Friends I have a year old baby but most of the time he suffers from some or the other disease. I have visited to doctors many time he gets fit for some time but again he get suffers from other disease, so friends give me some tips to keep my baby fit all the time what precautions should I take, what is the correct diet should I fallow for him, what items does his diet contains so that he gets full nutrition in hi food. frnds help me to keep my baby fit and healthy............

You can give him home made baby food. You can find homemade food recipes from various sources like internet and books. You can make it in home by using food grinder and few ingredients. You can give variety of tastes in the homemade food for making it more interesting for your child. An expert doctor always says that baby's first meal is very much important so that healthy eating habits can develop in your baby. Try your best to develop healthy eating habits in your baby.
