Healthy kids snacks for a 5 year old!

What do you when your child is always in a hurry? My daughter is a 5 and my god she is active. I need to make her, her breakfast every morning. My wife leaves for work before all of us go our separate ways. My daughter is always in a hurry, and never completes her breakfast. I make her cheese and chicken shredded sandwiches, I make corn and chicken sausages in white sauce with pasta for lunch. Stuff like this. She eat likes a bird. I have no idea what to do. I want her to start having snacks, so I need a list of healthy kids snacks for her to eat at around 4 or 5. I need something which attracts kids and would instigate her to eat it.

Instead of giving breads and biscuits try some nutritious food. Give her healthy kids snack that should be natural and help in her growth, immunity and energy. Cheese and chicken shredded sandwich is also a good option for healthy kid&rsquo;s snacks for a 5 year old kid. It can make her sick, because these traditional snacks are not very nutritious. I am sharing some good snack recipes with you. One is spinach balls and other one is cheese wrap. For spinach balls you need shredded spinach one bunch, 1 white grated radish, 1 grated carrot, chili and ginger paste, crushed peanuts, 2 boiled potatoes, salt to taste. Mix radish, carrot and potatoes. Now add all the ingredients. Make small balls. Serve it with tomato sauce. Ingredients for cheese wrap are: grated cheese 100 gram , boiled veggies like beans and carrot, chopped coriander, chopped onion, lemon juice, 1 tsp virgin oil, 100 gm whole wheat flour. To make this recipe first make small balls of wet whole wheat flour. Flat it with the help of a wooden stick. <span>&nbsp;</span>Grate the cheese over it. Add all ingredients. Stuffed all the flat rolls with this stuffing. Serve it with sauce.&nbsp;</span></span></p>
