How to transform tender breasts to firmer breasts?

I am a mother of a six year old son. Since the time he was born the doctor prescribed me to only fed him breast milk as he has a danger of being infected with the nipple bottles that is given to babies. So, because of breast feeding my breasts have gone tender and have sagged. Earlier I used to have firm breasts. I want to know ways by which I can get back my firm breasts that are not pillow like tender but are well shaped so that the effects of breast feeding do not show on my breasts.

Post pregnancy breasts tend to sag because of two reasons which is actually related to its structure. Breasts aren't made of muscles, they are made of ligaments and connecting tissue. So whenever they stretch due to fat gain and they retract after the weight loss, which is a very common phenomenon during pregnancy, the ligaments cannot retract to there original position. Second reason is of course breast feeding. However, a few studies claim that breast sagging happens more due to losing weight and less due to breast feeding.

Talking about solutions, it's important to keep your breast skin nourished to improve its elasticity so that it supports the ligaments to its best. Secondly, remember that exercising is the best nutrition you can give to sagging breasts.

Consult your doctor and go for exercises like swimming that affect pectoral muscles. You can also ask your gym trainer to suggest you some exercises that are easy on your post delivery tummy stomach and do wonders for chest muscles, because chest muscles do support breasts thus helping them in remaining in shape.

One of the most important things is wearing the right bra. Select a bra that offers good support. Choose sports bra for exercising and wear a wired one to give yourself the confidence of a teenager while wearing a tight fitting dress. Most importantly, remember it is necessary for you to be confident, stop being conscious of it and do not keep your child devoid of breast feeding!
