Immunity booster for an unhealthy child!

A close cousin’s child has a very low immunity system. She can’t seem to eat a lot because of which she has a low appetite. She can’t enjoy outside food as she gets upset stomach, in fact she can’t even eat restaurant food. She will get an upset stomach. Can you name some immunity booster food items, which can help her increase her immunity system? The family doesn’t believe in taking much medication so they wanted to try it the better and natural way first by trying healthy foods. We would wait to see if that works otherwise we would have to see a doctor.

Our immune system can help to protect us from attack of outsiders that means bacteria, viruses, antigens. The children with less active immune system suffer from many problems or you can say disease like infections in their respiratory tract which results into asthma, less appetite, cough, sinusitis, breathing problem and mucous congestion etc. </span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 15.0pt; line-height: 13.5pt;"><span class="apple-converted-space"><span style="font-size: 8.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">They need antibiotics to fight from these problems. But you can&rsquo;t give her antibiotics all the time. It is necessary to build up her strong immune system. Antibiotics are not very suitable for the kids under 8 years of age. Only a healthy and natural diet can help a child as a immune booster. Take some sunflower seeds and almond and after blending mix it well. You can give it to her 1 tablespoon daily. Dry fruits and nuts contain plenty of fatty acids that work like immune boosters and help to solve the problem of respiratory tract. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>If you like to give the baby non- vegetarian, you can give her fish because it contains omega 3 fatty acids. Cod liver oil helps in reducing infection. Give her green vegetables and fruits but if she doesn&rsquo;t like green vegetable try to make it more interesting for her by using some creative healthy ideas. </span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 15.0pt; line-height: 13.5pt;"><span class="apple-converted-space"><span style="font-size: 8.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 15.0pt; line-height: 13.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 8.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';">&nbsp;</span></p>
