Should I include Baby Formula for a month old baby with extensive breastfeeding?

I have ordered for around fifty newborn diapers as a start for my first baby and along with some clothes, I have purchased wipes, diaper rash cream/ointment and a diaper bag. I am really excited as I am enjoying this phase of motherhood for the first time, and I don’t want to leave a stone unturned for my baby’s requirements whatsoever. Nonetheless, I was wondering, what else would I require for my baby to keep him clean and healthy. My baby is one month old now, and I am nursing him extensively.I would like to confirm whether I should include Baby Formula for him. Can some baby’s health expert please help?

Most of the babies are ready for baby food formula when they are 4 to 6 months old. So, it is important for you to consult your doctor regarding the most suitable time for substantial baby food. You can try finely grounded barley cereals, oatmeal and rice.

Make a bowl of mixture with infant cereal and milk. Instead of using breast milk, you can try baby food formula. Using cow's milk or any type of other milk won't be a good idea. Make an attempt to hold the baby in the right position or place him in a child seat (make sure that your baby is always strapped in). This will prevent your baby from getting chocked.

Spoon feeding is the best way when your baby is eligible for solid food. If he turns his head away or cries, he is not ready. Try again in a week or two. When he is ready, he will consume small amounts. He may roll food in his mouth or try to feel the food repeatedly with his tongue. You must understand that making a mess is part of learning, so just have fun with him. However, for a month old toddler, breast milk gives all the necessary nutrition the baby needs.
