Infant growth chart, first child!

What is the best way to find out about the infant growth chart? I am 29 years old and I never imagined having kids, but now I have no choice actually. I really did not think I would not have the heart to abort my child after I got pregnant, in fact I did not want to get married either. My boyfriend and I are having a baby and I need to know about the infant growth chart. Where can I decent and detailed one from. What can I possibly learn from this chart?

Baby growth chart is used to compare your baby weight by the standard weight given in this chart. You would also able to compare the weight of your baby to another. If your baby’s weight is same as the standards given in the chart it means that your baby is growing in normal way but if there are major difference between the standard and your baby’s weight it means your baby is not developing in normal way and there is some problem. But some slight differences in the weight do not mean that there is something abnormal. It shows the result in percentile. You can down load infant growth chart from any website. These charts are available in website for both boys and girls. But always keep in touch with your doctor to determine the weight status. Doctors also use these growth charts to determine the proper development of your baby by comparing it with the weight of another child of same age and gender. If there is any problem doctor can suggest you what to do next.
