Is it normal to have two periods in one month?

I am really so much depressed as I really don't know what is happening with me. I am 12 week pregnant and I know that bleeding in pregnancy is not normal but I know about vaginal pregnancy as well that it is normal in pregnancy. But what the hell is this? I am having two times bleeding in my pregnancy and I think this is not vaginal bleeding nor this is menstruation bleeding. I am not sure but want to know that is it normal to have two periods in one month?

This is normal having two times bleeding in one month duringearly pregnancy. It does not mean that something is wrong in your body orpregnancy. It can be spotting or cramping which is very normal during firsttrimester of pregnancy. You can talk to your gynecologist to get the fullinformation about bleeding during pregnancy. It can be due to hormonalimbalance in body so do not get panic and keep your mind calm and relax. Thyroiddysfunction is another factor that causes bleeding in pregnancy. The reasonbehind bleeding can also be abnormal thickening of the uterine lining. Estrogenhormone is the reason for thickening of the uterine lining. The balance between progesteroneand estrogen hormone is very necessary to solve this problem so you can askyour doctor to do some hormonal therapy to reduce the problem of bleeding. Presenceof polyps and fibroids in uterus are also the reason for bleeding. You shouldconsult with your gynecologist to solve this problem.
