Is it ok to have kids name tattoos in pregnancy?

My wife is pregnant and she is in her last stage of pregnancy. We know that she is going to give birth to my little angel and we have chosen my baby name as well. My wife is demanding that she want to have baby name tattoo on his hand and I really don't know that tattoo chemical is safe or not? So please give me your suggestions.

Existing tattoos won't affect your baby-to-be. But your growing baby might affect your tattoos. Stretch marks can leave a tattoo discolored and distorted. Tattoos are not recommended during pregnancy. First of all, if the equipment isn't properly sterilized, there's a risk of transmitting blood-borne infections such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and HIV. In addition, your skin changes during pregnancy, and that may change the way the tattoo looks after you deliver the baby. So what happens if you've tried every lotion and potion out there to keep stretch marks under control and your tattoo ends up looking the worse for wear? Well, luckily your body art can be reworked after childbirth. The textural differences caused by stretch marks will still be there, but the tattoo's coloring can be revitalized. Hepatitis B, a dangerous liver infection, and HIV/AIDS are two of many diseases that can be passed along through bodily fluids. This means you can catch these diseases if you get a tattoo from someone who uses a dirty needle. And it's possible for you to pass these diseases along to your baby while you're pregnant. However, There are several concerns about tattoos, so it's probably best to wait until after delivery to get one.
