Kid friendly meals for my 3 year old

Hi stay I stay in Mesa, Arizona and I want to know what are the kid friendly meals my 3 year can have. I want a list of them since I am not able to find it. I would be thankful for the information given. Are the meals which you would provide readily available, would I be able to get them where I stay from any department store. Do I need to consult a pediatrician or dietician before I can buy the products? I am still not sure what my kid is allergic to also, would that affect anything. Are these kid friendly products healthy and do they come ready made? Do tell me please.

Giving kids friendly meals or proper food is very essential for 3 years old baby. Green vegetables, grains that contain fiber and fruits are also very necessary for a child. You can start giving these things when your child become 1 year old. The choice of giving veg food or non veg food is totally up to you and liking of your baby. if your baby like non veg you can give him chicken, fish or egg. You can give him noodles with egg. It is easy to make and healthy dish for your baby. You can introduce carrot, beans and some gluten free cereals in his meal which keeps him healthy. You can also try for some chopped homemade food that your child will definitely like. Lentil soup and salmon is also a good option for kid friendly meals. As you said that you are doubtful that your child is allergic or not, then I can only say that consult with a good pediatrician they will tell you which food is allergic for the baby. Most of the kids are allergic towards dairy products. So If your baby has same problem then try to avoid giving him yogurt.
