Making baby food for beginners

A friend wanted to know how she can prepare baby food. She wants to know the different ways of making baby food. We were planning on preparing some wholesome baby foods, for her sister’s child. Her sister and her niece are supposed to be staying with her for some time. We require you to help us with some recipes for baby foods for the little one. Do mention some links; feel free to give us any homemade recipes of your own, if possible. Hare child doesn’t really like anything I am guessing. She is very fussy. So if you know anyone with fussy children, suggest what their child cannot resist.

If your friend is a beginner, she has to try for some homemade food which also work as wholesome food for the baby and can also save the money and time. Because the readymade baby food available in the market is not safe enough for the baby’s health. You can choose vegetarian homemade food, non vegetarian homemade food or organic food based on your requirement. To prepare homemade food you will need some stuff like fruits (banana, pears, avocado, apples, peaches, beans, and peas) and vegetables like sweet potatoes, frozen vegetables and for non vegetarian you have to arrange stuff like chicken, beef, turkey, pork etc. and some cereals like rice. You can use processed stuff also. Cook all the frozen items in medium heat. You can blend the food through blender also. Because blended food is good for digestion. You can give individual food or can give the mixture of the stuff. You can also refrigerate it in small cubes and if you want to feed it to your baby then you can heat it in microwave. The amount of food will depend on the appetite and the age of the baby. Try new recipe every week to change the taste of the baby.
