My son is 12 years old and like all the children of this age, he also doesn’t take proper diet and always leaves his food in his plate. He neither likes drinking milk and whatever flavor I add he always tries to escape by giving several reasons. I have searched online and jot down some high protein foods list points. I want to know if I will follow this list. Will it help my son to get all the protein he needs at this age?
