If you think that level of education is improving with time, then let me tell you this is not the case. The reality check states that a comparatively lesser number of kids that earlier thought cannot even write their names and read simple words “dog” and “hat” by the time they reach five years of age.
According to the survey conducted by The Department for Education and Skills on half a million kids in England, apart from the basic learning skills, the deterioration can be seen in physical and emotional development as well.
I hope the trend doesn’t lasts long and we are not moving towards something really serious…after all, today’s kids are gonna be tomorrow’s citizens.
