Planning To Get Pregnant, But Cant!

My sister in law is planning to get pregnant, but there is a slight problem. She has polycystic ovary syndrome. My brother does not know about this syndrome, she is wondering what she should. Can this syndrome be cured, and if yes, how much time does it take? What is the cause of this syndrome, how bad does it affect the woman, and prevent her from being pregnant. If the man’s sperm is strong, can she still not be pregnant. Does this syndrome make the egg quality poor?
